I'm looking at the Mc Master-Carr website at bulk O-ring material to replace the stuff that shrunk in my nozzle plate/blower, they have several different materials available. EPDM, Viton, BUNA, silicone, the BUNA and Viton are available in both hard and soft.

    Any suggestions?

I ordered a roll of high temp silicon from McMaster about 4 years ago. I don't recall my exact thought process, but apparently decided that replacing the silicon occasionally would be my best bet.

I haven't used much of the roll other than the 1st installation. It grows a little so occasionally I'll trim a small piece off during an r&r. Still soft though.

I'd much rather have it grow a little than shrink like the rubber did.

I think I'll try the silicone stuff
