Anyone have any feed back good or bad on the rubber coated copper head gaskets?
This will be for a Blown BBC, Brodix aluminum wet block maybe 30lbs boost max. O ringed heads, groove in block.
Not having to silicon the water passages seems like a plus if they dont leak.

I run them. Work great. But I have a Hemi and still put a tiny amount of silicone around the oil returns on the side that isn’t o ringed in the head. The oil leaking between the head and blocked stopped. So I’m happy with that.

They work at first but you'll end up using coper coat after a few rebuilds if you use the same gaskets. Because of that, I don't think it's worth it if it's a race car that requires maintenance.
