Whats the difference between fuel and fatheads when It comes to the intakemanifold?

I don't have fat heads but I think all three are different. It may depend on whose head you have in mind.

Would It be possible to mount a BAE fuelhead manifold to BAE 7 heads with some modifications?

Nope. The fuel head is a basic copy of the stock 426 hemi head. A fat head is a different design. Nothing is interchangeable between the 2. Valve covers, intake manifold, valve train is all different.
