I have found a few times now I end up with the base of the blower at the front keeps leaking. I have it silicone now to get me through this past weekend. I have been running the green gasket that I think is 1/32". anyone else experience this? should I just put a new gasket with silicone? or is there a thicker gasket? or rubber gasket? 14-71 36 lbs of boost this past weekend.

Can you have the manifold "o" ringed and do away with the gasket?

Be sure and have the top of the manifold ground on with a deck or cylinder head milling machine. We had ours done and was warped .025 in the middle . Man what a difference.
