Electrimotion offers a two step retard for the command module so you can pull timing out while on the two step.would this be a good option on a blown pro mod with automatic?? Maybe wouldn't have to pull as much timing out on the hit?? Any thoughts would be great. Thanks

You are possibly referring to the "Snyder Option"; when button is pressed timing will/can be altered. In my opinion this is a good thing as it serves both lines of thinking. You can somewhat circumvent this by setting the idle retard to the same target as your first point on the plot. The only knock against idling with too much ignition retard is this will drive egts up.

Thank you I was thinking the same thing also may help with getting car in and out of gear as it would bring engine rpm down once button is pressed in.Have to go testing and try it to see if it benefits us.
