    Congrats to the whole team, of course, but especially Jerry and Dixie. They have been the dad and mom that ran the ship all these years with their eye on the target quietly going about their business. Through the highs and lows I can only imagine the sacrifices they have made not only in terms of money but time away from the things most "normal" families do.

    One funny Dixie story...Back in 1999 (I believe) we were racing my TA/FC at Sears Point and were pitted next to them in the dead grass/dirt area up the hill on the right side past the finish line on the road course. On Friday late in the afternoon we were about done eating some chicken Pete Swayne cooked up for us on the BBQ in front of the Freightliner when Dixie came over with her dog and asked if we ate that chicken Pete BBQ'd. I said "Yes, ma'am!" She got a funny look on her face and said "I probably shouldn't tell you this, but when Pete took the chicken off the BBQ he dropped the plate full on the ground right where I've been "watering" my dog. I hope he washed it off real good!" Yuck! Got to love her!

    We all watch Chris Demke and Joey Severance battle it out every year......the three wins to clinch and continue , beating the best in the business , may never be done again . As if you were not due , #2 in the world for the last 3 years , incredible......Congrat's from us Comp guys......

    Excellent job to Chris and crew, from a slow start to an incredible string of wins. It good to see the hard work and perseverance paid off. I thought with your team wrapping up the championship prior to Vegas that we would have smaller car counts as similar to the last couple years in Vegas, but it looks like everyone is in test mode for next year. Keep the drive alive in 2015

    I haven't seen or talked to Chris in probably 10 years but he was always a great guy the time I knew him. Couldn't be happier for him
