MSD 10+ repair

    Anybody know of a shop that might be able to repair a 10+ box. MSD won't touch it and TechWest can't help. I sent the box to MSD who said it needs an IC L482 chip or diode or whatever, and that item is obsolete. According to MSD that's all that's wrong with it. I tried a number of electronics suppliers all of whom said it's not available. Maybe there's a shop out there who has some cores and maybe can pull parts from the core?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    I sent him my 7AL2 box for repair and never saw it again. Wouldn't answer phone or E-mails.
